The head physician of the city clinical hospital No. 1 of Makhachkala, Mejida Alieva, was detained for fraud for 238 million rubles.

In addition to budget funds, the head physician even stole medicines.

After a series of searches, it turned out that the head physician lived with a grand master. In the four-story mansion, investigators found all possible attributes of luxury: wide palace staircases, stucco molding, crystal, gilding, furniture made of the most valuable types of wood and state-of-the-art technology.
Makhachkala doctor Over the course of two years, from 2016 to 2018, the head physician wrote out sky-high bonuses for himself and most of the hospital staff. But after the salary, all the "extra" money was collected and returned to the pocket of the head physician. Thus, Aliyev stole over 238 million rubles.

Criminal schemes:
The extension, built on state funds on the hospital territory, in conspiracy with a fellow businessman, the chief physician rented, practically, to himself and earned 4 million.

The head physician rented his own car to the hospital to provide transport for himself. From this deception, he earned another two million.

Aliyev stole medicines from patients. He brought doctors five case histories. The doctors were forced to fill out documents as if the patient was in the ward. The most expensive drugs were written off to him. The cost of one package of which reaches 10 thousand rubles. Further, the written-off drugs were resold in a network of pharmacies owned by the former chief physician. And the patients were obliged to purchase medicines at their own expense.

Free medicine in the hospital under the leadership of Aliyev did not exist. Even the most severe patients were sent to the cashier before hospitalization. No money, no treatment.
Often, patients simply died from a lack of essential medicines. At the end of each month, the head physician instructed the senior nurses to take all the histories of the discharged patients from the archive, to enter there the medications that the patient was supposed to receive.

Former chief physician of the Makhachkala city hospital, Mejid Aliyev, was sentenced to 5.5 years in a general regime colony, a fine of 2.5 million rubles, and Aliyev must also fully compensate for the damage caused as a result of his criminal actions.

And in 2017, Ramazan Abdulatipov awarded the chief physician, Majid Aliyev, with the Order of Merit for the Republic of Dagestan. And according to the Investigative Committee, Medzhiev stole on a large scale from 2016 to 2018.
